Clash Verge Rev Website Privacy Policy

This policy applies to clash-vergepc.com and explains website-level handling of access logs, browser storage, submitted information, third-party links and infrastructure services. Clash Verge Rev, Mihomo, GitHub and external download pages are operated separately.

1. Scope and project boundary

This privacy policy applies to website-level data processing when you visit clash-vergepc.com, including page requests, technical logs, browser storage, content access, external-link navigation and information you intentionally submit. The site publishes information about Clash Verge Rev downloads, configuration, FAQs and developer documentation, but it is not the Clash Verge Rev project, Mihomo project, GitHub repository or their development teams.

2. Information that may be collected or processed

When you access the site, hosting, CDN, security or server infrastructure may process technical request data such as IP address, access time, requested path, referrer, HTTP status, browser and operating system type, language, device category and basic connection information. These records are primarily used to deliver pages, diagnose errors, maintain security and investigate abnormal traffic.

If the site provides a contact or feedback channel and you choose to use it, the site may receive information you intentionally submit, such as an email address, issue description, page URL, screenshot or device details. Do not submit full subscription URLs, proxy credentials, passwords, API tokens, private keys, payment data or other sensitive information unless it is strictly necessary.

3. How information may be used

Technical data may be used to deliver pages, troubleshoot failures, improve caching and performance, maintain baseline security, identify broken links and understand high-level usage patterns. Information submitted through a feedback channel may be used only to review the reported issue, correct site content, respond when appropriate or maintain normal site operation, unless a different use is required by applicable law or separately authorized.

4. Cookies, browser storage and access logs

The site or its infrastructure may use cookies, browser cache, local storage or similar mechanisms for necessary page state, performance, security or basic analytics. Whether such storage is actually written depends on the deployed site functions and providers. You can manage cookies and site storage through your browser, although disabling some mechanisms may affect loading, saved preferences or certain interactions.

5. Service providers, sharing and processing boundaries

The site does not operate for the purpose of selling visitor information. Hosting providers, CDN services, DNS infrastructure, security vendors, error-monitoring tools or other operational providers may process technical data when necessary to deliver and protect the site. Their independent processing is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and the site should limit third-party access to what is reasonably required for operation.

7. Security, retention and risk controls

Reasonable website security measures may include hosting protections, access controls, logging, configuration maintenance and vulnerability fixes. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Technical logs and intentionally submitted information should be kept only as long as reasonably needed for their operational or support purpose, subject to actual infrastructure limits and applicable requirements.

8. User rights and available controls

You can manage browser cookies and site storage, choose not to follow external links and choose not to submit feedback. Where applicable law provides such rights and where the site can identify and control the relevant information, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of data you directly submitted. Infrastructure logs or data controlled by third-party providers may require a request to the relevant provider instead.

9. Information related to minors

The site is not designed specifically for children and mainly contains desktop networking, configuration and developer documentation. Minors should use the material with appropriate supervision and should not submit account credentials, subscription secrets, payment information or other sensitive personal data through any feedback channel.

10. Policy updates

This policy may be updated when site functionality, hosting arrangements, third-party services or data-processing practices change. The current version will be published on this page. Changes to this policy do not alter the separate privacy rules of Clash Verge Rev, Mihomo, GitHub or other external services.
